Learning the tools of Conscious Leadership means less stress, more energy and a clearer direction in your life and work.
Are you ready?
While shaking off old patterns and habits can get messy, I’ll guide you through it with workable strategies that motivated and quick leaders have used to bring balance, clarity and energy to their busy lives. You’re smart enough to figure it out on your own, but working with a coach will get you where you want to be faster. Besides, it’s more fun working with me!

- Learn skills of executive presence, including mindfulness, managing energy, and emotional and body intelligence. These 21st Century Leadership skills go beyond building resilience to ensure you thrive in a constantly changing world.
- Look at what’s keeping you from fully stepping into your full expression at what ever level you are leading and how your professional goals fit with your ideal life.
I’m a consultant with the Conscious Leadership Group. I’ve also studied with Gay and Kathlyn Hendricks, pioneers in the field of body intelligence and conscious leadership. In a media career, I learned to ask the right questions and I also created and managed community platforms for schools and neighborhoods.
